Qigong is easy to learn and in only 15 minutes per day you will feel more relaxed, less stressed, more energized and full of vitality.

In this class you will learn exercises from the famous 18 Lohan Hands, the 18 Jewels and essential skills such as how to relax, stay focussed and generate a Qi-Flow.

After a short time you will feel that you are physically and mentally fresher. Health issues are alleviated, often also healed. You will have more energy in your daily life. And you will find that your physical and mental performance improves.

The secret? The stronger and improved Qi-Flow in the meridians, which you create through your practice of Qigong can clear blockages, which often lead to health issues. At the same time these exercises will strengthen your overall Qi (energy) and your performance.

The exercises taught in this class are easy to learn and very efficient. With as little as 10-15 minutes daily you can achieve much.

Qigong is suitable for all, independently of your age, fitness or goals. While some will use it to improve their health, others will enjoy it to boost their performance and energy.

When can I start?

We are currently taking a break from evening classes in Qigong. Instead, introductory and advanced Qigong classes will take place every 1-2 months during the weekend. You can find more information here: Qigong Weekend
