Tai Chi Chuan Beginner's classes take place as a dedicated class, where beginner's have the time to learn basic patterns and skills. It takes most students about three months to learn these basics. Afterwards you can practice together with the advanced students. There are several intakes a year. Please refer to the course pages for more information.
Qigong can be learned in an evening or a weekend introductory class. To get started you will learn the "18 Lohan Hands" which also includes the "8 Brocates". Classes are open once a month for new students.
Tai Chi Chuan Evening Classes Zurich
Evening classes for beginners in Zurich (Ablisrieden/Triemli) each Wednesday from 6.30- 7.30 pm and each Thursday from 8-9 pm (after the Qigong class). You can find the detailled description here: Evening Class Zurich
Tai Chi Chuan Weekends
The weekend classes take place regularly. In part 1 (1.5 days) you will learn the fundamentals. In Part 2 (1 day) we repeat the materials from part 1 and complete a first short set (form). You can find the next course dates and a more detailled description here: Weekend Class Tai Chi Chuan
Qigong Weekend Classes
The 3-hours introductory course will provide you with essential skills and your first Qigong exercises to practice at home. In the afternoon an advanced class allows you to deepen your skills and learn additional exercises. More about these courses: Qigong Weekend Class
After completion of Level 1 (Beginner's Class) you can attend the advanced class. In either Tai Chi Chuan or Qigong there are also special courses, which you can join once you have learnt the basics.
Tai Chi Chuan Level 2+
The regular class for advanced students takes place on Wednesday from 7.30 - 9.00 pm. Special courses and additional opportunities for training will be announced in class.

Special courses for current students and additional opportunities for training will be announced in class or in the monthly newsletter.
Courses with Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit
Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit will not teach any classes abroad anymore. Whether he will teach in Malaysia in 2024 is unknown yet. See his website at shaolin.org
Courses with other masters
We are currently looking into inviting masters to teach an external class in 2024 and 2025.
